Arabian Pick - Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Arabian Pick. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping timelines:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Arabian Pick is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the package.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement.
