Arabian Pick - Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Arabian Pick. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our quick and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return and refund.

  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items bought during a clearance sale or flash promotion.

  • Personal care items, cosmetics, or perfumes that have been opened or unsealed.

4. How to Request a Return & Refund

    Do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can resolve it for you immediately.

6. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect it and notify you via email/message that we have received it.

  • We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 7 to 10 business days.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Arabian Pick will cover all return shipping charges.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
